Membership Hold Request Form

Members may place their account on Hold one time per year, for up to three calendar months.  Monthly membership dues will not be charged for the month(s) while on Hold.  A Hold fee of $5.00/month will be charged in place of the regular membership dues for each month on Hold.  Extended Hold periods due to injury or medical situations may be approved on a case-by-case basis. 

Hold requests must be received by the 25th of the month prior to the start of the Hold. By completing the Form below and clicking "Submit", you acknowledge and accept the Hold terms stated above.

Once recieved and processed, the Front Desk will send an email confirmation that the Hold has been placed, or to request additional information, if needed.
