Mondays 5:30pm to 6:15pm, Thursdays 9:30am to 10:15pm

High intensity interval training is a dynamic, fast paced and fun way to improve strength, balance, mobility and cardiovascular conditioning. Weights, resistance bands and body weight can be used to tap into both fast twitch muscle fibers and slower endurance muscle, making it ideal for building muscle and improving overall fitness.
Performing exercises in intervals allows for rapid increases in heart rate with periods of rest and is an efficient and effective way to get an amazing workout in a shorter amount of time.
In each class, muscles of the upper body, lower body and core are accessed making it the perfect full body workout.
